Most
cameras come with a built in flash for photography needs. Many point and
click cameras do not allow for an additional flash attachment, but most of the
newer point and click cameras have a master/slave frequency which allows
for a handheld flash to trigger. I was recent the photographer for a
family photography session and had my studio lighting set up for the event.
After I was finished taking photographs of the family, some of the girls brought
out their cameras to take extra pictures for themselves. I was surprised
when my lights synced up with their cameras and started flashing with their
shots.
Other
available flashes are S mount flashes for more advance cameras. Look for
generic versions available at your local electronics stores. |
